Allison Engineering recommends approval of the Rep lat.
Current tax certificates must be provided to the City before the plat can be filed with the County.
Allison Engineering's review of submittals for land development projects is only intended to
establish a reasonable level of confidence that the developer is complying with applicable rules
and regulations. Our review is not intended to provide quality control nor assure anyone that the
development is fully compliant. The responsibility for compliance remains solely with the
developer throughout the process; from zoning and platting through construction and the warranty
period. The developer is responsible for correcting all deficiencies, regardless of the time they are
discovered.

This is to establish a zoning category for beer and wine sales. An amendment will be added to
Section 30 of the zoning ordinance. Section 30 has been attached for you review. It will need to be
established which categories they will best fit into.

USE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS
30.1 Land and buildings in each of the following classified districts may be used for any of the
following listed uses but no land shall hereafter be used and no building or structure shall
hereafter be occupied, used, erected, altered, removed, placed, demolished or converted which is
arranged or designed to be used for other than those uses specified for the district in which it is
located as set forth by the following schedule of uses:

*Refer to relevant zoning district regulations and descriptions of pennitted uses for further
information regarding this particular use.
30.3 Any dump, excavation, storage, filling or mining operation within that portion of a
district having a Flood Plain, FP, prefix shall be approved in writing by the City Manager or his
designated representative before such operation is begun.
30.4 The fact that land is not within a district having a Flood Plain, FP, prefix shall not be
interpreted as assurance that such land or area is not subject to periodic local flooding and the
designation of the prefix in this ordinance shall not be so interpreted. The City Council by
resolution may remove, alter or change the flood plain boundary or designation on the Zoning
District Map for any district.
