1. Call Meeting to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Higgs called meeting to order, Councilman Patton led the invocation, followed by
Councilman Garza leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Citizens Input:
Citizens are allowed 3 minutes to speak. The City Council is unable to respond or to discuss any issues
that are brought up during this section.
Mr. Bill Wright addressed the Council and indicated that at the last meeting he
emphasized he does not want to devalue anyone’s property or to cause discontent with
any neighbors. He proceeded with a discussion on his plans in developing his property
and the improvements he is proposing to make. Mr. Wright expressed he is not in
Sanger to cause any problems.

b) Disbursements
Councilman Muir made a motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. Seconded
by Councilman Patton. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Consider any Items Removed from Consent Agenda.
5. Adjournment.
Mayor adjourned the meeting.
