1.Call Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting to Order.

a.August 12th P&Z Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Matt Fuller to Motion. The motion was seconed by Sally Amendola.
Fuller made a motion to adopt minutes.
Seconded by Amendola. Motion passes unanimously.
The motion Approve with a 50 vote (Absent: Cooper, Cunningham, Stone)
5.CR 200 Estates Addition Phase 3 Final Plat
Consider, Discuss and Act on the Final Plat of Lots 1521, Block A; and Lots 313, Block B,
Phase 3 of CR 200 Estates Addition, Being 20.35 Acres, in the City of Sanger ETJ, Generally
Located South of County Road 200 and Approximately 4950 Feet West of I35.
A motion was made by Allen McAlister to Motion. The motion was seconed by Sally Amendola.
Muzaib speaks briefly and goes over the staff report. Phase 1 and 2 were approved back in April.
Staff recommends approval with the condition all comments are met by 09/25/19.
The board asks the applicant where exactly the development located. The applicant explains where

Turner brings up that there is only one exit. The applicant said in a future phase they will have
another exit.
McAlister made a motion to accept with condition all comments are met by 09/25/19
Amendola seconded motion. Motion passes unanimously.

6.Subdivision Review Process Update
Discuss City of Sanger Subdivision Review Process Update in Response to Recent Legislative
Changes Through HB 3167 Affecting Municipal Subdivision Review; And Proposed Changes in
City's Building Material Regulations in Response to HB 2439.
Muzaib speaks briefly about the new changes in the law. (Absent: Cooper, Cunningham, Stone)
