1.Call Meeting to Order, Establish a Quorum (Roll Call), Pledge, Invocation.
With there being a quorum Phillip Surles calls the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m..
2.CITIZEN INPUT:
No citizens came forward to speak.
3.CONSENT AGENDA:

1.APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 071221
Sally Amendola made a motion to approve the minutes. Allen McAlister seconded the motion and
the motion passed unanimously with a 50 vote.
4.Consider Any Items Removed from Consent Agenda.
No items were removed from the Consent Agenda.

5.RIDGECREST NORTH, PHASE III REPLAT
Conduct a public hearing and consider a Replat of Block A, Lot 14 of Ridgecrest North, Phase III,
within the City of Sanger's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, being approximately 22.15 acres.
Phillip Surles opened the public hearing at 7:02 p.m.

Carrie Jones Plans Reviewer gave a brief description of the project.
Sally Amendola asked the land owners if they were going to be building a house on the property.
James Whitt answered yes they are building a house.
Shane Stone asked about the road. After the board had a brief discussion.
Phillip Surles closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m.
Phillip Surles made a motion to approve with the condition all staff comments are met by City
Council Meeting. Allen McAlister seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously with a
50 vote.
