BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing a potential development that would be located on 5th Street. The development would be
between the 5th St and Cowling Rd intersection on the south and approximately 235 feet south of the intersection of
Aster and 5th Street. It would abut the Willowood Addition on the east and the A&W Production site on the west.
They are proposing a multifamily complex with retail and office space along 5th Street that would be submitted as a
Planned Development (PD).
