AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANGER, DENTON COUNTY,
TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1.6, K (2) OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF SANGER ESTABLISHING
WARRANT FEES CONSISTENT WITH THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF
ORDINANCE #80-0 AND ANY AND ALL OTHER SECTIONS
IN CONFLICT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Sanger, Denton County, Texas:
That Chapter 1, Section 16., K (2) of the Sanger Code of Ordinances Is
hereby amended to read as follows:
(2) A warrant fee. of $35. 00 as provided by the Laws of the
State of Texas Is established and shall be collected for
each and every warrant issued by the Municipal Court
for the City of Sanger.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the
extent of such conflict., hereby repealed,
11, Is herel-y declared to be the Intention of the City Council that. the
sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of the Ordinance are
severable and, if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section shall
be declared unconstitutional by the valid judgment or decree of any court
of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall not affect any of
the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, and sections of
this Ordinance.
