Section I
Chapter 6 - Q. Solid Waste Collection Fees:
(2). (a). Curb -side Commercial pick-up shall be:
2 pick-ups per week 10.6 per monthly cycle
WHEREAS, rate was incorrectly set at $9.50 on 9/ 16/91
rather than $10.06 which was effective by Ordinance # 18-9 1,
effective amount per City Council Action 12/ 16/91 of 3%
10.36.
Section II
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict in conflict herewith are, to
the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

Section III
It is declared to be the intention of the City Council that the
sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this
Ordinance are severable : •

Whenever in this Ordinance an act is prohibited or is made or
