ORDINANCE NO. 01-94
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS,
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SANGER BY REPEALING CODE PROVISION REGARDING
THE REQUIRED ANNUAL RENEWAL OF MOBILE HOME
PARK PERMITS AND BY REPEALING FEE PROVISIONS
RELATED THERETO; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF
THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR ANY CONFLICTING
PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR
THIS ORDINANCE.
NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANGER, TEXAS:
SECTION I: CODE OF ORDINANCES AMENDED
(a) That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, Section 3.608 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Sanger, Texas, shall be titled "Mobile Home Park Permits".
(b) That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, Section 3.608(b) of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Sanger, Texas, regarding the required annual renewal of
mobile home park permits is hereby repealed.
(c) That Section 7.102 of the Fee Schedule found in the Appendix of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Sanger, Texas, is hereby repealed.
(d) That Section 7.102 of the Fee Schedule found in the Appendix of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Sanger, Texas, shall hereafter be amended to read "Reserved for
Future Use."
SECTION II: SEVERABILITY
That if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word in this
Ordinance, or application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid by a court
of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions of the Ordinance, and the City Council hereby declares that it would have passed
such remaining portions of the Ordinance despite such invalidity.
SECTION III: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
That any and all Ordinances of the City of Sanger heretofore adopted which are in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby expressly repealed insofar as the same are in conflict
therewith.

SECTION IV: EFFECTIVE DATE ORIGINAL COPS°
That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately, from and after its passage and publication
of the caption, as the law in such cases provides.
