1. Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
2. Pledge.
3. Citizen’s Input.
No citizens in attendance.
4. Consider minutes of the meeting of March 8, 2016.
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Carrie Bilyeu and a second by Jackie
Pevehouse.
5. Follow Up on the Easter Egg Hunt to be Held on March 26, 2016.
Board and staff enjoyed having the fire department in attendance.
Great attendance.
6. Fun Run to be Held on April 23, 2016.
We will be having a Black Light run that will begin at 9:00pm.
The City is having an online company handle registration so that attendees can register online. The
company is called Active.com. The cost of the race will be $20.00 per person.
We will provide attendees with a T-shirt, Glow Bracelet, Glow Necklace, and Race Bib. We will also
have water bottles and a DJ at the event. We will have rented backlights at the event and throughout the
course.
Packets will be available the week prior to the event at our office.
Asking board to arrive at 7pm to help with setup.
Signs will be placed around town a little closer to event. Flyers will also be given to schools (if
allowed), gyms, banks, etc.
7. Open Discussion of Future Projects.
Joint 4B / Parks Board meeting soon.
Board requested a Plexiglas flyer holder to be placed at Railroad and Porter.
8. Future Agenda Items.
Fishing Derby (May 21, 2016).
