December 9, 2014

1. Meeting called to order.
2. Pledge.
3. Citizen’s Input.
No citizens in attendance to speak.
4. Consider minutes of the meeting of November 11, 2014.
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Carrie Bilyeu and a second by Eddie Piercy.
5. Christmas Parade (Scheduled for December 13, 2014).
Parade will be held on December 13, 2014.
Parade will begin at 6:30pm with line up beginning at 5:00pm.
All choirs will need to be on floats – no more walking choirs.
Carrie, Eddie, Lee and Jackie will meet at the downtown park to decorate at 5pm and Josh and Tom will
be at parade line-up to get floats ready to go.
6. Christmas Light Judging.
Carrie and Jackie will determine winners for both the East and West side of town and pictures with
addresses will be emailed to the Parks Department for entry to the newspaper. They will be going on
Monday, December 15, 2014.
7. Open Discussion of Future Projects.
8. Future Agenda Items.
No January Meeting.
