1. Meeting called to order.
2. Pledge.
3. Citizen’s Input.
No citizens in attendance to speak.
4. Consider minutes of the meeting of October 14, 2014.
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Lee Allison and a second by Carrie Bilyeu.
5. Final Discussion of Fall Fishing Derby.
We had 21 participants.
Jim Berman would like to have all the participants in t-shirts to help promote.
Mr. Berman is also looking into a state grant program to help in stocking the pond.
Preregistration will be encouraged before the next fishing event.
Forms needs to be updated – made to be more user friendly.
6. Christmas Parade (Scheduled for December 13, 2014).
Parade will be held on December 13, 2014.
Parade will begin at 6:30pm with line up beginning at 5:00pm.
All choirs will need to be on floats – no more walking choirs.
Carrie and Jackie will meet at the downtown park to decorate.
Finalized plans will be made at the December meeting.
7. Christmas Light Judging.
Carrie and Jackie will pick a night in early December to determine winners for both the East and West
side of town and pictures with addresses will be emailed to the Parks Department for entry to the
newspaper.
8. Open Discussion of Future Projects.
