1. Call Meeting to Order.
Meeting called to order at 1:00PM.
2. Approve Minutes: May 11, 2016
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Fred Yeats and a second by Elizabeth Springer.
3. Consider, Discuss and Possibly Approve the Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Budget.
Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Budget approved unanimously with a motion by Elizabeth Springer and a second by Fred
Yeats.
4. Update on Projects:
a) Sanger Presbyterian Church Renovation
Mrs. Ciocan advised that the Sanger Presbyterian Church is at 65% complete with four weeks expected
to be the final.
b) Other Updates
The Economic Development Department absorbed the Development Services Department and is now the
Economic and Community Development Department. This new department will now be staying at the
201 Bolivar office with Public Works moving to 301 Bolivar. So the previous approval of expenditure
of funds is null.
Sale of Bolivar building was also discussed as well as putting a time limit on sale at next meeting.
