1. Call Meeting to Order.
Don Gillum called the meeting to order at 1:05PM.
2. Approve Minutes: November 1, 2016
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Elizabeth Springer and a second by Fred Yeatts.
3. Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on the Status of the Lease Agreement Between the Sanger Industrial
Development Corporation and Hollingsworth Manufacturing Company Regarding 103 Bolivar Street;
Authorize City Manager and/or His Designee to Take Action as Necessary.
The Board was given the current status of the delinquent rent for the property. The Board discussed terminating
the lease and initiating legal eviction action. A motion carried unanimously to terminate the lease between the
Sanger Industrial Development Corporation and Hollingsworth Manufacturing Company Regarding 103 Street
and authorize City representatives to proceed with the eviction process. The motion was presented by Fred Yeatts,
with a second by Elizabeth Springer.

Elizabeth Springer made a motion to adjourn the meeting with a second from Fred Yeatts. The motion passed
unanimously.
