RESOLUTION
TO MAKE A PROPOSITION TO THE TEXAS, LOUISANA POWER COMPANY
TO SUBMIT A PROPOSITION TO THE VOTERS OF SAID CITY
To sell the municipal light, water and sewer systems to said Texas, Lousana Power Company,
for consideration of $125,00.00 as follows $35,000.00 cash and the assumption of said
Power Company of $90,000 in outstanding Bonds and interest securing after the purchase
date, and other details.
