AFTER DISCUSSION MOTON MADE BY MCNEILL THAT PURE FOOD SHOW BILL BE ALLOWED TO STAND AS PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT. MOTION WITHDRAWN UPON ITS FAILURE TO GAIN A SECOND.
