RESOLUTION:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT AUTHORITY IS HEREBY GIVEN
THE FEDERAL ADMINISTRATIVE OR HIS AGENTS TO EXAMINE
AT HIS CONVENIENCE THE LIGHT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
ON WHICH A GOVERNMENT LOAN HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
MAYOR AND SECRETARY AUTHORIZED TO BORROW
MONEY FROM THE VALLEY VIEW NATIONAL BANK
ON JULY 15, 1933, TO PAY INTEREST MATURING
AT THAT ON THE CITY BONDS.
SANGER SCHOOLS ON HALF RATE FOR ELECTRIC LIGHT
CHURCHES OF THE TOWN BE GIVEN HALF RATE ON ALL
BILLS FOR WATER AND ELECTRICITY IN EXCESS OF THE
MINIMUM CHARGE.
