CALL THE REGULAR MEETING TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM
Board Member Kundrock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Director of Economic Development Shani Bradshaw, and Secretary Stefani Dodson

No citizens came forward.
CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consideration and possible action on 4A minutes from 12/06/2022
Motion to approve was made by Board Member McAlister to approve the consent agenda,
Seconded by Board Member Allison.
Voting Yea: Board Member Kundrock, and Board Member Gann. Motion passes
unanimously.
