1. Meeting called to order at 7:09pm.
2. Determination that a quorum was present and no seating of an alternate was necessary.
3. Consider minutes of the meeting of May 13, 2013.
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Justin Allen and a second by
Glenn Jensen.
4. Consider and act on minor plat for Lot 40A and 40B, Block 24, Hampton Addition, 0.459
Acres, Located at 5th Street and Austin Street
Motion to approve plat was given by Sherri McCandless with a second by Justin Allen.
Motion carried unanimously.
5. Review proposed bylaws for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
6. Update by Director of Development Services on recent applications.
Joseph Iliff stated that the SUP Application presented to the Planning &
Zoning Commission during the May meeting was withdrew by the applicant
and ultimately denied by City Council simply as a means to close out the
application.
Commission was also advised that the Rezone heard in May was also denied
by the City Council for many of the same reasons stated by the Commission.
Joseph Iliff feels strongly that the applicant will resubmit another version of
the rezone to better fit the property and that this may again come before the
Commission.
