1. Call Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting to Order.

2. Determine Presence of a Quorum.
3. Pledge.
4. Consider and Possibly Adopt Minutes of the Meeting of March 11, 2019.
Commissioner Surles made a motion to accept the minutes
Commissioner Amendola seconded. Motion carries unanimously.
5. Conduct a Public Hearing for a Replat of Lots 1R, and Lot 2R, Block A, L.L.&T. Addition,
Being a Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, L.L.&T. Addition, Being 7.026 Acres in the Reuben Bebee
Survey A-29, and Being in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Sanger,
Generally Located North of FM 455 and Approximately 1300 Feet East of the Intersection
of Union Hill Road and FM 455.
Muzaib explains how this project was withdrawn from City Council Meeting because both lots
did not have FM455 frontage. The customer has resolved this issue and now has frontage rd. for
both lots and meets all County requirements. Staff recommends approval.

Lisa Duty stands to read a letter from her parents that are unable to attend the meeting.
Joe Duty askes how can an easement be considered frontage?
Muzaib explains the map in detail and shows that the plat is two separate pieces of property and
both have frontage roadway.
