A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, TO
APPOINT ALINA CIOCAN AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO THE UPPER
TRINITY REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO FILL AN
UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING MAY 31, 2027; AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 2022-1 on February 22, 2022,
appointing Alina Ciocan to serve as the City's representative to the Upper Trinity Regional
Water District Board of Directors to fill an unexpired term ending May 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Ciocan's tern will expire on May 31, 2023, and the Mayor has
recommended Mrs. Ciocan be reappointed to the Board representing the City of Sanger; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the passage of this Resolution is in the best
interest of the citizens of Sanger.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS.
SECTION 1. The facts and recitals set forth in the preamble of this resolution are
hereby found to be true and correct.
