Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order
City Secretary Tami Taber called to order the regular meeting of the Sanger
Animal Advisory Board at 7:00 p.m. on May 11, 2011 at City Hall.
II. Roll call
The following persons were present:
City Secretary Tami Taber, Animal Control Officer Anthony Dodson, Cheryl
Frame, Robert Sprabeary and Tricia Barrington
III. Agenda Items
1) Call Meeting to Order.
The meeting was called to order by City Secretary Tami Taber.
2) Approve Minutes: April 13, 2011
Tricia Barrington made a motion to approve the minutes. Seconded by Anthony
Dodson. Motion carried unanimously.
3) Discuss and Review Shelter Intake Form.
Tricia Barrington provided a copy of her form, Anthony prefers separate foams
(i.e. intake, transfer and adopted).
4) Discuss and Review Shelter Logging Software.
Robert Sprabeary and Tricia Barrington provided names of free software
companies.
5) Discuss and Review S.O.P.'s .
Tricia Barrington suggested that Anthony Dodson write up what he would like to
use and make a list of his daily duties. At the next meeting, the Board will review
and discuss and start forming the S.O.P.'s. Robert Sprabeary provided Anthony
Dodson a copy of samples which are basically fill in the blank.
6) Discuss and Recommend Length of Time to Deep Animals in Shelter.
Board discussed and decided on five days.
7) Animal Control Update.
Nothing new.
8) Update on Noah's Ark Partnership,
None,
9) Members of the Board may Request Topics to be Placed on Upcoming
Agenda. (No member of the Board may discuss any of the requested topics until
such matter has been properly placed on a posted agenda).
Board discussed having Anthony Dodson provide his cleaning procedures and
the chemicals and equipment he uses.
10) Adjourn.
Tricia Barrington made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Cheryl
Frame. Motion carried unanimously.
