A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS,
APPOINTING TRACY A. LAPIENE AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
UPPER TRINITY REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FOR A FOUR (4) YEAR TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the City Council hereby appoints Tracy A. LaPiene as the City's representative to
the Upper Trinity Regional Water District Board of Directors for a four (4) year term.
SECTION 2.
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its adoption and is so
resolved.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Sanger, Texas this the
