was posted on the bulletin board, at the City Hall of the City of Sanger,
Texas, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at
all times, and said notice was posted at 13y PM on October 2, 2014
and remained posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the
schedule time of said meeting.
