BACKGROUND/SUMMARY OF ITEM
Julie Glover manages the Downtown Development Program for Denton. She has a MBA from Texas
Woman's University. In 2001, she earned her Professional Certification in Downtown Management
from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She served as President of the Texas Downtown
Association in 2005.
Julie made a presentation to the Sanger Downtown Association at their May 5`l' meeting about the
importance of investing in downtown development. The SDA board requested she present to the City
Council as well. Julie will be sharing her wisdom about community -led downtown revitalization efforts.
