Civil Servant, 20 years as active duty military, and two years as a Technical Writer for a Fortune
500 Company. Work experience includes education administration, resource management,
teaching, technical writing, and electronic navigation equipment repair.
Currently writing non-fiction and fiction books. Published 101 Great Youth Soccer I�r-ills
'2005), McGraw-Hill Publishing, The New Coach's Guide to Coaching Youth Soccer (2007),
Skyhorse Publishing, The Ultimate Guide (2008), Wild Plains Press, and The Raffled Parent's
Guide to Fix -It Drills for Youth Soccer (2009), McGraw-Hill Publishing. Served on the City of
Holliday, Texas, Events Committee to conduct Christmas Parade (2004 through 2006).
Currently serving on the Sanger, Texas, Parks and Recreation Board. Serving as trainer for boys
and girls club soccer teams.

Served as the senior civilian training admuustrator for the Community College of the Air Force
at the campuses on Lackland Air Force Base (APB), Texas, Vandenberg AFB, California, and
Sheppard AFB, Texas. Provided the staff supervision of Training Evaluation, Standardization/
Evaluation, Public Affairs and Training Management. Provided management and operational
input in the functional areas of training programs and policy, civilian personnel matters,
appraisals and awards, career counseling, tuition assistance, evaluations and feedback,

Responsible for managing the evaluation of over 200 courses taught at Lac1dand AFB, Texas.
Supervised four personnel who evaluated the quality of training being performed in Technical
Training, and two personnel who provided administrative support. Produced Training
Evaluation reports by surveys and actual field visits to the students. Monitored student critiques
on training. Produced guidance on how to improve training to increase effectiveness and
customer satisfaction. Developed a customer satisfaction questionnaire that is now used by all
Technical Training activities in the Air Education and Training Command.
Responsible for providing oversight management of all classroom operation, training rnaterials,
and Faculty and Staff training for courses in Electronics, Recruiting, Combat Arms and Training
Maintenance, and Social Actions. Provided quality control on training documents and training
management actions. Developed training programs to better train personnel in their jobs.

Training School, supervising the Academic Instruction, the Reading Prof ciency training, and the
Administrative operation. Duties included the quality control of all training and administrative

instructors, and three administrative specialists.

Responsible for providing the writing, word processing, illustrating, and layout services for
company publications. Produced 32 brochures, lesson plans, and repair and operation manuals
on Cardiac Monitors (hardwire and telemetry), Laser Ranging Devices for surveying, camera
systems, calculator, mechanical test jigs, and optical instrumentation.

Managed writers, measurement technicians, reading proficiency instructors and administrative

technicians. Taught two different career areas; radar Navigation and Inertial Navigation.
Taught electronics (basic and advanced), troubleshooting and repair, and use of test equipment

Performed repair on aircraft and shop equipment through the use of troubleshooting, and
preventive maintenance. Operated all standard and special test equipment, monitored the parts
stock level, and requested additions and deletions. Performed studies, and submitted corrective
recommendations on recurring problems in the aircraft navigation equipment and system.
