BACKGROUND/SUMMARY OF ITEM
Mr. Robert Burroughs, Owner of Home Theater Help is proposing to market advertising signs and
banners to be displayed at the Railroad ball park. He will also produce and erect the signs. The City
will receive 50% of the proceeds from the signs. The money will be used for improvements at the
Railroad ball fields. Mr. Burroughs will be at the meeting to answer your questions.
