13-91-Ordinance-Adopting the Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-1992-09/16/1991WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing on the budget for the City of
Sanger, Texas, for the fiscal year 199 1- 1992 has been published in
accordance with law; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held at the time and place as
provided for in the notice of such public hearing and all interested persons
were given opportunities to be heard on said budget and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the budget presented by the City Council and
reviewed during the public hearing is hereby approved and adopted for the
fiscal year 1991-1992,
SECTION 2. That the City Administrator is authorized to invest any
funds not needed for current use, whether operating funds or bond funds, in
United States Treasury bills, savings accounts or certificates of deposit
Accrued interest from such investment may be deposited in the appropriate
fund, all of which investments shall be in accordance with law.
