AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANGER, DENTON CO.,
TEXAS, LEWfING TAXES FOR THE USES AND SUPPORTOF
THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF SANGER,
TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1991 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1992 AND PROVIDING FOR THE
INTEREST AND SINKING FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1992 AND
APPROPRIATING EACH LEVY FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE:
PROVIDING PENALTY AND INTEREST FOR DELINQUENT
TAXES; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary, at this time, that said ordinance be passed
levying tax on all property; both real and personal, within the City of Sanger,
Texas, in accordance with such budget and all requirements of Article
7244c RCS of the State of Texas have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0
SANGER, TEXAS, AS FOLLOWS: I
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied, and there shall be collected
for the use and support of the municipal government of the City of Sanger,
Texas, for the year 1991 upon all property, whether real, personal, or
mixed, within the corporate limits of the City of Sanger, Tomas, subject to
taxation for the year of 1991, a tax rate of $.4633 ($.4633) on each One
Hundred and NQ/100 Dollars (s,100.00) valuation of property to be assessed.
and collected for the purposes hereinafter stipulated, to -wit.
SECTION 1, The general laws of Texas, and particularly all the
provisions of Article 7336, and of Title 122 of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, and all amendments thereto, relating to the date of delinquency,
penalfles, interest, cost, and the collection of delinquent taxes, insoll"br as
such provisions may be assessed and levied by the City of Sanger, Texas, for
the year 1991, are hereby referred to and adopted.
