We, the incorporators of Sanger Industrial Development
Corporation, hereby call an organization meeting of the
Board of Directors named in the Articles of Incorporation of
said Corporation, for the purpose of adopting Bylaws and Fee
Schedule/Bond Procedures, electing officers, employment of
Financial Advisor, General Counsel and Bond Counsel, and for
such other purposes as may come before the meeting, includ-
ing consideration of an Inducement Resolution for James W.
Pierce and Ben L. Crenshaw. Such meeting wi.11 be held on
the 7th day of November, 1983, at the City Hall, Sanger,
Texas, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., which will be at least three
days after this notice has been mailed to each Director.
