Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Cons®
missioners will be held in the hayor's Office at the City Hall at 7e30
o'clock P.h. on the 12th day of October, 1938, for the purpose of consid®
,ring an offer of the United States of America to aid by way of a grant in
"financing the construction of alterations and improvements to the electric
generating plant, including necessary equipment and adopting a. resolution
approving and authorizing the acceptance of such offer.
