Re: Public Hearing
At the Council meeting on September 5, 2006, we scheduled only one public hearing ;however, new
state law requires two public hearings as of January of this year. I have checked with the City
Attorney and we can schedule this meeting provided the public hearing requirements have been met.
The public hearing was published on September 7, 2006.
