The Town of Flower Mound is currently compiling information in reference to the proposed Lake Ralph
Hall and our concerns regarding the Upper Trinity Regional Water District. A member of our Town
Council and Town Staff would like to present this information at your April 18 council meeting. We have
a presentation that should take no longer than 10-15 minutes, and as such, would respectfully request that
we be included on the upcoming agenda. Wivlc we prefer an open forum format, we would be Happy to
be listed on the agenda in whatever format is preferable to your council.
We intend to use a PowerPoint presentation, so I would need to know whether or not your city has the
capability to show this type of media at your council meetings. A copy of the presentation will be
provided to you for your City Council packets, as well. Please let me know the deadline for agenda packet
submissions and I will get this information to you.
