KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF DENTON �
At a regularly called meeting of the City Council of the City
of Sanger, Denton County, Texas, held on the--L-�=— day of
1973, the following resolution was presented and
unanimously passed:
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Sanger, acting by and through
its mayor, with all required notices having been given, convey the
following tract of land to Sanger Manor, Inc., to -wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in
the H. Tierwester Survey, Abstract 1241, City of Sanger,
Denton County, Texas, being part of a certain tract deeded
by J . C . Chapman to S anger Manor, Iric . on August 2 8 , 19 6 3 ,
recorded in Volume 498, Page 228, Deed Records of said County,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel pin on the West line of said danger
Mangy tract and the East right-of-way of said U.5. Highway
35-E at a point N. 26°06' E. 353.65 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Chapman to Sanger Manor, IncTract;
THENCE N. 63°05' E. 95.5 feet to the beginning of a
curve;
THENCE Easterly around a 231.7° curve to the right
33.63 feet to the end thereof;
THENCE S. 34°02' E. 223.9 feet to the beginning of a
curve;
THENCE Southeasterly with a 74.67° curve to the left
15.04 feet to an intersection with another curve;
THENCE Northwesterly around a 66.38° curve to the
right 59.08 feet to the end thereof;
THENCE N. 33°20' W. 198.0 feet to the beginning of a
curve;
THENCE Westerly around a 654.86° curve to the left
11.22 feet to the end thereof;
THENCE S. 73°10' W. 103.5 feet to the place of begin-
ning, corfaining in all 0.063 acre of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Sanger, acting by
and through its Mayor, with all required notices having been given,
convey the follrswing tract of lan d to Gene A. Hughes, C. Harald
Easley and J. Clyde Chapman, to -wit:

by J.C. Chapman to Sanger Manor; Inc. on August 28, 1963,
recorded in Volume 498, Page 228, Deed Records of said
County, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel pin at a point West 50.0 feet
and N. 0°54' E. 200.0 feet fron.the Southeast corner of said
Chapman to Sanger Manortract which is on the West line of
Tenth Street;
THENCE N. 89°06' W. 40.0 feet to the beginning of a
curve;
THENCE Northwesterly with a 417.0° curve to the right
13.2 feet to the end thereof;
THENCE N. 34°02' W. 6.0 feet to a corner;
THENCE S. 89°25' E. 53.4 feet to a corner;
THENCE S. 0°54' W. 14.0 feet to the place of beginning,
containing in all 0.014 acre of land.
