THAT CHAPTER 2, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SANGER, TEXAS, IS HEREBY AMENDED BY ADDING AN ARTICLE, TO BE
NUMBERED ARTICLE 2.350, WHICH SAID ARTICLE SHALL READ AS
FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 2.350 RESTRAINT OF ANIMALS
All animals in the City of Sanger shall be kept under restraint at all times.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this the 16th day of November A.D.,
1998, by the City Council of the City of Sanger, Denton County, Texas.
