2. Canvass of the Votes for the November 2,1999 Special Election.
N[ayor Pro-Tem canvassed the votes as follows:
Total voted = 141.
Voted For = 95
Voted Against = 46
Notion was made by Councilman Higgs to accept the canvass of the votes.
Councilman Ervin seconded.
Notion Carried unanimously.
