a) Pre -Oath (Statement of Elected Officer)
b) Issue Certificate of Election
City Secretary proceeded with the Pre -Oath (Statement of Elected Officer), and the
Certificates of Election were issued to Councilman Craig Waggoner, Place 4,
Councilman Glenn Ervin, Place 2, and Mayor Tommy Kincaid.
