2. Consider and Possible Action on Resolution # 04-08-02 -Authorizing the Publication
of the Notice of Intent to Issue Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation
("CO's") and to Authorize SWS to Proceed With the Issuing Process.
Councilman Ervin moved to approve Resolution #04-08-02. Councilman Garza
seconded, Motion carried unanimously.
