MOTION BY KINCAID TO HIRE LARRY KESSLER AS CITY ADMINISTRATOR SALARY $52,500

6. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Appointment of Alternate Judge for the
May 4, 1996 Election.
Motion was made by Councilman Ervin to appoint Louella Ward as Alternate Judge
for the May 4, 1996 Election. Seconded by Councilman Kincaid.
