This project consists of the installation of a 250 g.p.m. water well and all associated appurtenances.
The low bid was that submitted by J.J Biffle Water Well of Muenster, Texas in the amount of
$183,996 and 120 calendar days.
We recommend award of the law Base Bid to J.J. Biffle Water Well in the amount of $1 83,996 and
120 calendar days.
The Contractor shall commence work after execution of all contract and bond forms, receipt of
insurance certificates and the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. A preconstruction conference shall
be conducted with the contractor, City of Sanger personnel, and our engineers.
