A motion was made by Matt Fuller to Motion. The motion was seconed by Allen McAlister. Motion
made by Commissioner Fuller to adopt the minutes. Seconded by Commissioner McAlister.
Motion passes unanimously. The motion Approve Passed with a 60 vote (Absent: Cooper,
Cunningham)
5.700 La Paloma Road Variance
Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider, Discuss and Act on the Requested Variance From Side
Yard Adjacent to the Street Setback Requirement of 25 Feet and to Allow Side Yard Setback of 15
Feet for 0.195 Acres of Lot 31, Block E, Ranger Creek Estates Phase 2, Zoned as PD 093807,
and Generally Located South of the Intersection of East Willow Street and Ranger Creek Road.
Muzaib speaks briefly and goes over the staff report. Muzaib explains why they have a hardship.
Staff recommends approval.

Steve said he is a resident and a builder. He states he does not want to deteriorate the subdivision.

Steve said he is a resident and a builder. He states he does not want to deteriorate the subdivision.
Steve explains why there is a problem with building the house with the size lot. He explains that they
would not be able to meet the 15 pt. that is required by the City.

Commissioner Fuller asks did anyone talk to water and electric about the easements.
Ramie answers that it would be up to the applicant.
Muzaib asks to update. Staff is recommending approval with the condition that they replat and
utilities are located.
Commissioner Turner makes a motion to approve with the staffs condition. Seconded by
Commissioner Amendola. Motion passes unanimously.
