A motion was made by Jackie Turner to Motion. The motion was seconed by Shane Stone.
Ramie goes over the staff report. She explains staff sent out 15 notices and no responses returned.
Open Public Hearing at 7:03 PM
Close Public Hearing at 7:04 PM
Turner makes a motion to approve.
Stone seconded motion. Motion passes unanimously.
The motion with a 60 vote (Absent: Amendola, Cunningham)
