1. Mayor Armstrong called the meeting to carder.
2. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Water Projects
Tom Taylor with the Upper Trinity Water District again went over
the proposed agreement to construct a pipeline from Denton to
serve Sanger.
Items discussed were:
{a) Cost
(b) Capacity requirements
c) Line will be scheduled to be in service by June 1, 1993.
d) District will design, construct and own the line.
Mr. Taylor did state that an agreement has not been reached with the
City of Denton; however, the City of Denton has given their staff orders
to "work something" out with Sanger.
One important issue that Mayor Armstrong pointed out was that
Denton should furnish the line to their customers and Sanger should
not be obligated to pay for that cost.
Lee Allison also gave a brief summary concerning this matter.

3. Any tither Such Matters
(A) Mayor Armstrong asked Travis Roberts, City Engineer, what is
the City going to do concerning sewer line on First Street.
(a) Easements were discussed to extend sewer line from
5th Street to Sewer Plant.
