1. Mayor Armstrong called the meeting to order.
2. Discussion Regarding FY'91 j92 Audit
City Auditor, Bi11 Spore, C.P.A., presented i:he audit of City
expenditures and revenues for the fiscal year '91j92. He also
discussed the City's Balance Sheet including the Assets, Liabilities,
and Fund Equity.
