Mayor advised she talked to Garland Thornton today and he had talked to Mr. Harber latter part of last week. He advised he was ready to start and that the contracts should be signed within the next two weeks. As soon as this is done, he will start working. c). Mayor thanked the citizens who came to the meeting for coming to express their concerns regarding the problems they are having. She advised that Council did listen to their concerns and that they'll see what can be done especially with the bird problem they are having. l . Meeting adjourned. Consider and Possible Action Regarding F'CC Certification For Regulating Cable Television Mayar Armstrong explained the new regixlation for implementing regulations on Galaxy Cable T.V. The firrn of Lloyd, Gosselink, Flower, Blevins and Matthews will perform the necessary legal work for TML at a range flat fee of $45�.4C1. Motion was made by Councilman Richardson to authorize staff to contact the firm of Lloyd, Gosselink, Flower, Blevins and Matthews through TML to perform necessary legal work for certification for regulating cable television for a flat fee of $45�.aa. Consider and Passible Action Regarding :Request for Rate Increase - Frontier Waste Management Benny Johnson, Frontier L�Vaste Management, was requesting a rate increase which represented .�0 per pickup for residence, commercial -hand pickup .3Ci per pickup and commercial container .51 per yard per pick up.
