Recommendation # 11:
That the Sanger Utilities Board recommend to the
City Council that they proceed with the Electric
Utility Application to the Public Utilities
Commission to amend the electric service area of
the City of Sanger in order to service the Snyder
Addition.
Recommendation # 12:
That the Sanger Utilities Board recommend to the
City Council that the City of Sanger begin enforcing
a franchise tax on Denton County Electric Co-op
on the electric service provided by D.C.E.C. to
citizens living within the Sanger City Limits.
