CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Herb
Arledge.
ROLL Members present were Herb Arledge, Jack
Burkholder and Carrol McNeil.
NEW BUSINESS The resignation of Carrol McNeil, newly
elected councilman, was accepted.
ADJOURN The motion to adjourn was made by Jack
Burkholder and seconded by Herb Arledge.
