CALL THE SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Sec. 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, “Consultation with Attorney,” the City
Council will convene into executive session to deliberate (1) legal issues associated with
procedures relative to personnel/Human Resources practices, rules, policies and applicable law,
and all matters incident and related thereto; and (2) deliberate any modifications or amendments
to the scope of services to be provided by outside counsel, and all matters incident and related
thereto.
RECONVENE INTO SPECIAL SESSION
The City Council will reconvene into open session to take action regarding any matter discussed
in executive session that is related to the subject matter as stated.
ADJOURN
NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session as authorized by
Texas Government Code, Section 551.001, et seq. (The Texas Open Meetings Act) on any item
on its open meeting agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, including,
without limitation Sections 551.071-551.087 of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
