Since this has been brought to my attention I am trying to handle this in a timely matter. When I went before the board the first time I was told to come back with in the year to make sure traffic was not going to be a problem. When the year was coming up I did speak to Joe Illiff and asked him what was needed to be done. He explained that he had not received any complaints about traffic and that everything was good. So I paid my $350 for the annual inspections and permit. I was unaware that I needed to reapply and come before the board again or I would have done so immediately. I have been here now for 3 years and have not had any problems with traffic. I have had the pleasure of serving the City of Sanger with a lot of support from the community. I have become a member of the Chamber, and I have worked closely with the schools, football program, and FFA program. I have been blessed by the entire City and love being able to have my BBQ trailer in Sanger. My intent is to continue doing what I love and not making any changes on site. I hope that you can see that I have had no problems with traffic at all. I love what I am doing and would love to be able to continue to do this in the City of Sanger. I have been married for 20 years, have 5 kids and 3 grandkids. I have worked my entire life, but this is my passion and it does not feel like work because I love it so much. I am asking that you allow me to continue to sell my BBQ at this location? I promise to continue to serve great food and service to the City that I have lived in for over 15 years now. Thank you for your time and consideration.
