4.Green Meadow Farms Estates Addition Phase 1 Final Plat
A motion was made by Allen McAlister to Motion. The motion was seconed by Phillip Surles.
Ramie goes over the staff report. She explains a little about the utilities. She also explains that the
variance was approved when the plat was approved. Staff recommends approval with the
conditions all of staffs comments are met.
Brief discussion with the board.

Ramie goes over the staff report and explains about the SUP. She explains the lot is in B2 zoning.
They are wanting to sell UTV, used cars, Tractors. The SUP stays with the land and not the
business

John Springer stands to speak to the board. He goes over the type of business that will be going on
his property. He asks that the board consider allowing a 10 year SUP.
A brief discussion between the board and Mr. Springer.

Request is for a Minor Plat of Kirkland Addition, Phase III creating 2 residential lots, being
approximately 0.440 acres, prepared by Landmark Surveyors, LLC submitted on 08/19/2020.
Below are the comments that should be addressed prior to recommendation to City Council for
approval. Resubmit the revised plat along with a response letter addressing all comments.
Planning
1. Provide and accurate location of the subdivision in reference to deed records which shall
include the volume and page of the deed of the property to be subdivided.
2. Add a 15’ PUE along Kirkland and Sims Street.

Request is for a Final Plat of Levelle Addition creating 1 residential lot, being approximately 2.97
acres, prepared by All American Surveying, submitted on 08/19/2020. Below are the comments
