MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

1. Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
2. Determine Presence of a Quorum and Seating of Alternates.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing Concerning a Requested Variance to the Required 20-foot Minimum
Side Yard Adjacent to a Street for the Property Located at 211 Aster Street (Lot 1, Block B,
Willowwood Addition), Allowing a 15-foot Side Yard Adjacent to a Street.
Public Hearing Opened.
Tina Lawrence of 209 Aster questioned what land would be affected. Mr. Iliff answered only lot
th
affected would be lot west of 5 Street.
Public Hearing Closed.
4. Consider, Discuss, and Possibly Act on a Requested Variance to the Required 20-foot Minimum
Side Yard Adjacent to a Street for the Property Located at 211 Aster Street (Lot 1, Block B,
Willowwood Addition), Allowing a 15-foot Side Yard Adjacent to a Street.
Motion to approve as presented was given by Sherri McCandless with a second by Eddie Piercy.
Motion carried unanimously.
